Julissa is an advanced Law student at the University of Costa Rica with experience on real estate, corporate and administrative matters. She has experience dealing with the regulatory process of starting and maintaining business activities and real estate developments in Costa Rica. Besides real estate, she has assisted local and foreign companies from different industries such as tourism, service, and non-for-profit organizations, obtaining commercial permits from the municipalities, water, and electricity availability letters. She also assists with deeds of transfer for real estate and vehicles, sworn affidavits, notarized minutes, and powers of attorney.
