Before joining FORZA, she led for 6 years the legal department at a SaaS startup in Israel, where she gained hands-on experience in cross-border commercial transactions, equity and debt financing, and global compliance and operations encompassing corporate governance, privacy, information security, and ESG standards. Sofia’s expertise in these domains is rooted in her earlier roles locally and abroad, at prominent law firms and Big 4 consulting firms, where she specialized in M&A, international tax consulting, and valuation preparation and analysis cross diverse industries.
